Performing Arts

The performing arts performs in a musical twice a year. This year the students will perfrom Christmas in Two Acts. The performing arts troupe is directed by Terri Beckham.

Christmas In Two Acts (The Best Christmas Pageant Ever and The Gift Of the Magi)
important dates:

  • Tues., 11/4 - Off-book (scripts must be memorized)
  • Mon., 11/17 - Tickets on sale to cast members
  • Wed., 11/19, 3:10p to 6p - Rehearsal in the church auditorium (after-school snacks
    will be provided)
  • Fri., 11/21 - Tickets on sale to all
  • Thurs., 12/4, 3:30p to 6:30p - Dress rehearsal for The Best Christmas Pageant Ever
    in church auditorium (after-school snacks will be provided)
  • Thurs., 12/4, 6:30p to 8:30p  - Dress rehearsal for The Gift Of the Magi (if any
    Magi cast and/or crew members have not been fed, we'll order pizza)
  • Performances: Fri. & Sat., 12/5 & 12/6, 7 p.m. (cast should arrive at 6:30p in
    school library [Magi cast should be there at 5:30p])

    This Christmas production will not be a full-blown dinner theater as in the past,
    but rather a "dessert and coffee" dinner theater. Seating will be by table (eight to
    a table) and will be sold in advance. Tickets will go on sale Monday, Nov. 17, to
    cast members' families, and Friday, Nov. 21, to everyone else. Tickets will be $10
    each for child or adult.

    Buy an "Annie" cast poster as a memento of our wonderful spring musical.
    The poster is 24"x36" and costs $20. Every cast member is included in the poster. If you would like one, e-mail me at beckham@whcaeagles.com or call the office at 672-9422.
